Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If less than a 24 hour notice is given, we reserve the right to charge 50% for the full scheduled session. We reserve the right to charge 100% for the full scheduled session for all no shows.
Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled session, but will receive an abbreviated, pro-rated session. For example, if you scheduled an hour session and arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for that hour session but will only receive 45 minutes of treatment for that session, including consultation and changing time.
If for any reason Skin Revival Spa needs to reschedule or cancel an appointment, as much advance notice as possible will be given.
For your safety, the confidential intake forms are required before treatment. We recommend completing it in advance to get maximum treatment time.
Please notify your technician before reserving your treatments if you have high blood pressure, pace maker, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are pregnant.
Our insurance carrier requires that we inform the public of the numerous potential safety hazards to companions not receiving treatments. In the spa, our environment consists of heated equipment, sharp tools, professional strength products, and devices carrying electrical current that we use in the course of providing services.
We have a no companion policy. Children and/or entourages will not be allowed to accompany you to your appointments as this can be interruptive to your services, as well as taking away from other client’s experiences. We understand life happens and if you need to bring your children and/or entourage please consider rescheduling or get approval from your technician first.
Any minor under the age of 18 must have an adult guardian present to sign paperwork and be present during their service consultation before receiving any services.
We have the right to refuse you service or stop a service in session.
Please do not bring valuables with you; we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
